Long Shot White Whiskey is an un-aged, clear whiskey (or legal "moonshine" if you like) made from a blend of corn and wheat grains. They take that grain mixture to give it a sweet and soft flavor much more similar to Maker's Mark and other "wheated" bourbons than spicier rye mixtures. Without the aging, it has the "unadorned" grain flavor of whiskey.
