Our distillers took our botanical gin and finished it in one of our bourbon barrels for six months to create Tom’s Town Barreled Gin. The result is a robust and flavorful gin that takes on the best whiskey characteristics and aroma from the barrel. With notes of vanilla, caramel and oak, our Barreled Gin won Best of Show and Double Gold medals at Wine and Spirits Wholesalers of America in 2019.
