Bright garnet color. Fresh aromas and flavors of caramelized dark berries, honeyed cherries, and lily with a silky, bright, fruity medium body and a tingling, breezy finish with accents of cherry craisins and pepper finish. A nice berry flavored mead for cheeses that is reminiscent of lemberger.
