Pale yellow color with a fine perlage. A typical bouquet with skin citrus fruits and jasmine. It presents a good structure and sapid. Traditionally it is drunken with dessert, but it my be very pleasant too as an aperitif, because of its low degree of alcohol, its amazing sparkling fragrance and its very light sweetness.
