A vibrant and approachable California Cuvée opens with a pop of tart pineapple and orange blossom on the wonderfully aromatic nose. The palate is lively and rich with layered notes of Asian pear and honeysuckle, overlaying hints of fresh mandarin peel and marzipan before a zesty, focused finish.

COMMENTARY: I love the life and balance that the J Vineyards California Cuvée Sparkling Wine bring to the table. TASTING NOTES: This wine is refined and elegant, yet persistent and long on the palate. Its aromas and flavors of ripe Golden Delicious apples and bright and appealing.
