A gorgeous and fruit filled nose of fresh sliced red apples, baked peach, caramel sauce, vanilla, toasted oak, and anise. On the palate baked apple and peach lead before a wave of cardamom and clove surge into vanilla cream and caramel candy. The finish is lovely with fruit fading into oak spice before sweeter vanilla and caramel flavors return and linger. Gorgeous stuff.
