Aromas of custard with preserved lemon, flint, crushed pineapple and mango, and dried apricot with a slightly chewy, vibrant, dry-yet-fruity medium body and an interesting, medium-length salted caramel and roasted cashew finish with chewy tannins and moderate oak. A bright and fruity Chardonnay with balancing grippy oak; a great dinner companion.
