The grapes are direct pressed to ensure a light, fresh style and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Crafted in the traditional Provençal style, Fleurs de Prairie is a pale salmon color with delicate flavors of strawberry, rose petals, and herbs.
